LST duty in the South Pacific. Ship 673, Gunner's Mate 3rd class, Barge Balloon Specialist. Enlisted in August 1944 and was discharged in June 1946. Attended boot camp in Great Lakes, and attended gunner and barge balloon training in Camp Bradford, in Virginia.
