Activity During WWII

Pilot of 4-engine aircraft; B-17 co-pilot. Crash landed in Yugoslavia in January 1945; walked out in 60 days and returned to states. Trained at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas under Pan-American military program. Killed in single-engine aircraft off California coast in late spring 1945.
