Induction in January 1943. Departed for European Theater in October 1944. Three battles; Ardennes, Central Europe and Rhineland. Received American Service Medal, European African Middle East Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal and World War II Victory Medal. Returned to the United States in December of 1945.
