Served as a physical therapist with 142nd General Hospital from University of Maryland, Baltimore. Was attached to Ohio National Guard Division. Arrived Nandi, Fiji Islands June 1942. Transferred to Suva, Fiji 1943, then to Calcutta, India 1944, and to Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indiana 1945. Retired from service September 1945.
