Activity During WWII

This soldier served in the European Theater of Operations with Company-L, 346th Infantry Regiment, 87th Infantry Division as a Rifleman. Battles and Campaigns: Northern France, Ardennes-Battle of the Bulge, Bastogne, Central Europe and the Rhineland. From Germany he and his unit spearheaded into Czechoslovakia, this is when his chapter of fighting the war ended. His awards include the Bronze Star Medal with 2 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with 3 Bronze Service Stars and the WW II Victory Medal. He served his Country with Pride and Honor and was honorably discharged.
