Served on Art Staff of the Aviation camouflage school for Officers at March Field, California. He was selected as artist on a secret camouflage mission in the China-Burma-India Theater. There he recorded the accomplishments of the Aviation Engineers and Air Training Command, especially in the Myitkyina area. His works are now in the U.S. Air Force Art Collection.
