Received the Good Conduct Medal, WWII Victory Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, American Defense Service Ribbon and the Philippine Liberation Ribbon. Battle Stars for campaigns in Southern Philippines include: Papua, East Indies, Bismarck Archipelago and New Guinea. Was part of the Headquarters Squadron, 46th Service Group. Entered on July 3, 1941 and received an honorable discharge on October 30, 1945 with the rank of Sergeant.
