Activity During WWII

Ordered canteen supplies and some I picked up in Norfolk; the Coca Cola was delivered to the base. For the carrier flyers, the crews and pilots would use our airstrip while they were at Fentress. Then another carrier flyer group would replace the group leaving the base. I was at Fentress from 1944-1946.
