SERVED ABOARD THE USS LST (LANDING SHIP TANK) 352, THE USS PC (PATROL CRAFT) 1213 AND AMC (COASTAL MINESWEEPER) 95 FRONTIER BASE NAVY 116. ALSO SERVED AT THE ADVANCED AMPHIBIOUS TRAINING BASE AT BIZERTE, TUNISIA. EARNED THE AMERICAN CAMPAIGN MEDAL, THE EUROPEAN-AFRICAN-MIDDLE EASTERN CAMPAIGN MEDAL WITH 6 BRONZE BATTLE STARS, THE WWII VICTORY MEDAL AND THE GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL. HONORABLY DISCHARGED AS A MOTOR MACHINIST'S MATE 2ND CLASS ON 30 MARCH 1946 AT GREAT LAKES, ILLINOIS.
