EARNED THE GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL, THE AMERICAN CAMPAIGN MEDAL, THE ASIATIC-PACIFIC CAMPAIGN MEDAL WITH 2 BRONZE BATTLE STARS, THE PHILIPPINES LIBERATION MEDAL WITH 2 BRONZE STARS AND THE WWII VICTORY MEDAL. HONORABLY DISCHARGED AS A TECHNICIAN 5TH GRADE ON 17 DECEMBER 1945 AT VAUGHAN GENERAL HOSPITAL IN HINES, ILLINOIS.
