Activity During WWII

Enlisted in the military service on January 18, 1946 at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. After basic training, he was transferred to Fort Lewis, Washington, where he was assigned to the transportation Corps. As a general clerk, he assisted in mustering out other troops. He served in this position until July 20, 1947 when he was given an honorable discharge. Awarded the WWII Victory Medal.
