Activity During WWII

Research and Development Chief Electronic Branch Engineer Board, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He invented and developed the first non-magnetic compass for use in a tank. He also invented and developed a devise he called an odograph which he mounted on a jeep. As the vehicle was driven, it drew a map which was also a topographical map. It was the prototype of the current map drawing devices.
