AT AGE 44, HONORABLY DISCHARGED AS A PRIVATE PER 3RD ENDORSEMENT TO 1ST CAVALRY DIVISION LETTER (OF FEBRUARY 15TH) ON FEBRUARY 22, 1943, SAME STATION. EARNED THE WWII VICTORY MEDAL BY VIRTUE OF HIS BRIEF SERVICE OF 5 MONTHS, 20 DAYS.
