AIR TRANSPORT COMMAND, Flight Engineer, TWA, Washington, D.C. Appointed 2nd Lieutenant. USAF, Flight Engineer on Franklin Roosevelt's flights to Casablanca, January 1943 and Cairo and Tehran Conferences, November-December 1943. His last flight was missing off Greenland July 26, 1944. C-54 42-107470. Awarded Air Medal posthumously.
