Activity During WWII

Served as an Electrical Design Engineer, Office of the Chief of Engineers. Drafted 1942, remained in U.S. until 1945, joined GENED (General Engineer District) to Manila, Philippine Islands, on first convoy to enter Manila Bay, USS General R M Blatchford AP-153. Returned to U.S. in 1946, honorable discharge. Joined U.S. Reserve, retired from Reserve 1967, I am now on a retired project advisory group status with over 25 years of Military (Corps of Engineers) participation.
