ASSIGNED TO AND SERVED WITH THE 9207TH TRANSPORTATION SERVICE UNIT – TRANSPORTATION CORPS, OPERATIONS DETACHMENT. HONORABLY DISCHARGED AS A SERGEANT (REGULAR ARMY) ON DECEMBER 23, 1947 AT FORT LAWTON, WASHINGTON. EARNED THE WWII VICTORY MEDAL FOR SERVICE DURING THE PERIOD OF ELIGIBILITY.
