In Fort Lewis, Washington when war started. Unit moved to Camp Carson, Colorado, Newport News, Virginia and through the Panama Canal to Australia. After 10 days the unit went to New Guinea and stayed in combat for 3 years. Unit was in the Philippines when the A Bombs dropped.
