Arrived Finschhafen, New Guinea, March 20 then to Humboldt Bay and Hollandia, New Guinea March 22-24, Manus Island, Admiralty Group March 25-26; Tacloban, Leyte Island, Philippine Islands April 1-3, Manila, Luzon Island, Philippine Islands April 6-10; Leyte Island, Philippine Island April 12-15, Ulithi Island, Caroline Islands April 17-18, Honolulu, Oahu Island, Hawaiian Islands April 27 and San Pedro, California, May 2 where approximately 3000 former internees from Japanese prison camps and other military passengers were debarked. Entitled to European-African-Middle Eastern campaign ribbon. Also entitled to the Philippine Liberation medal. Discharged; Seattle, Washington, October 23, 1945.
