SERVED AT OR ABOARD, IN TURN, THE CARRIER AIRCRAFT SERVICE UNIT 21, THE PACIFIC LANDING CRAFT SCHOOL, THE HASKELL-CLASS ATTACK TRANSPORT USS LAVACA APA-180, THE LANDING SHIP, TANK USS LST 626, AND THE BAYFIELD-CLASS ATTACK TRANSPORT USS DADE APA-99. HONORABLY DISCHARGED AS A SEAMAN SECOND CLASS ON FEBRUARY 2, 1946 AT THE NAVAL PERSONNEL SEPARATION CENTER, GREAT LAKES, ILLINOIS. EARNED THE AMERICAN CAMPAIGN MEDAL, ASIATIC-PACIFIC CAMPAIGN MEDAL, WWII VICTORY MEDAL, AND THE PHILIPPINES LIBERATION MEDAL.
