Activity During WWII

Worked at the Bell Aircraft Plant [now Lockheed] in Marietta, GA. During training Lanelle learned to rivet, weld, drill, solder, and read blue prints and was placed in the electrical department as inspector of conduits being made for the B-29 bomber engines. Now a proud member of the Rosie the Riveter Organization, Lanelle was working at the Bell Aircraft Plant in 1945 when German and Japan surrendered.
