Activity During WWII

Lieutenant Anderson was a B-17 pilot, with the 8th Air Force in England. On February 3, 1945, during a bombing mission to Berlin, his plane was hit by Anti-aircraft fire. After his crew had bailed out, he was killed when his plane exploded.
