ASSIGNED, IN TURN, TO NAVAL CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL, SUN VALLEY, KETCHUM, IDAHO; NAVAL ADVANCE BASE PERSONNEL DEPOT, SAN BRUNO, CALIFORNIA; AND NAVAL RECEIVING STATION, PEARL HARBOR, OAHU, TERRITORY OF HAWAII. SERVED ABOARD THE HOSPITAL SHIP USS CONSOLATION AH-15 AS A PHARMACIST’S MATE. HONORABLY DISCHARGED AS A PHARMACIST’S MATE THIRD CLASS ON DECEMBER 28, 1945 AT THE NAVAL PERSONNEL SEPARATION CENTER, SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI. EARNED THE AMERICAN CAMPAIGN MEDAL, ASIATIC-PACIFIC CAMPAIGN MEDAL, AND THE WWII VICTORY MEDAL.
