Activity During WWII

3rd Army Field artillery. Received Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal and the Service Medal. Trapped behind lines in France. After was asked to stay with photographers to show battle sites and cemeteries during the Battle of the Bulge. Member of the 28th Infantry, 108th Field Artillery Division. Served in Normandy, Northern France, Central Europe. On August 4, 1944 wounded in Germany.
