Activity During WWII

He was assigned to the 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division. In January 1944, the Division was part of the Anzio landing. The Division was lead element for the breakout from the Anzio Beachhead, the 29th of February. He was killed in action on the 23rd of May 1944. He is interred at Sicily Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.
