Activity During WWII

Killed 15 February 1942 in a non-battle crash of a DB-7B plane in Wyoming. Assigned to the Air Forces Ferrying Command, he was moving the plane from the west coast to the east coast when he crashed into Elk Mountain just west of Cheyenne. Twenty-four years old at the time of his death.
