Activity During WWII

Ambulance driver with a Medical Attachment in the 580th Motor Ambulance Company. Section Leader with a rank of Technician 5th Grade. He served in Belgium, France and Germany. Killed by a sniper while driving an ambulance near Bad Abbach, Germany July 30, 1945. He was buried in Nuremberg, Germany and his body was later shipped to Ulen, Minnesota for final interment.
