Activity During WWII

He proudly served his country as a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps with Company C, 1st Battalion, 22nd Regiment, 6th Marine Division during WWII. He was killed in action in 1945. He received a Presidential Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and WWII Victory Medal and a Purple Heart, all posthumously.
