Activity During WWII

He enlisted in the Army entering active duty on 12 May 1943. Following training, he departed for the European Theater of Operations, arriving on 21 March, 1944 as part of the Headquarters, 12th Placement Depot where he served as a Non-Tactical Unit Officer. He was discharged from active duty 19 July 1946 due to demobilization. He received the European-African-Middle Eastern Service Medal, WWII Victory Medal and the American Service Medal.
