Activity During WWII

Pilot, U.S. Army Air Forces, 579th Bomber Squadron, 392nd Bomber Group, Heavy. his plane crashed in the North Sea on 2 February 1944 on a mission to Watten, France in the B-24H #42-7570 'Our Baby'. His Remains were never recovered. He is Memorialized in Cambridge Cemetery and in the 8th Air Force Memorial Book in London.
