Activity During WWII

He entered the Army on March 6, 1942 when he was assigned to the 44th Division. On December 21, 1942, he joined the 123rd Infantry and served as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Battalion Intelligence Officer and a Regimental Liaison Officer. He participated in the New Guinea and Luzon Campaigns and awards include the Expert and Combat Infantryman Badges and the Bronze Star Medal. With a family theatrical background, he participated in many GI Shows.
