Activity During WWII

He served in the China-Burma-India theater of operations with the Army Corps of Engineers. They worked to build the Ledo Road which had been destroyed by the Japanese. The Ledo road was needed in order to get supplies through Burma to Chiang Kai-Shek's army of Chinese allies.
