Commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant Pilot on 1-09-1942. Assigned to the 466th Heavy Liberator Bomber Group, as part of the 8th Air Force in England. Flew 21 missions and was Commanding Officer of the 787th Squadron of the 466th Bomber Group. Died 9-16-44, while flying a practice mission in Norfolk, England.
