Activity During WWII

Jumped into Normandy, D-Day. Jumped into Holland, Bridge of Remagen, Bastogne, Belgium. Received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Presidential Citation, Belgium Fourragere and Good Conduct Medal. Posthumously awarded the Jubilee of Liberty Medal by the Regional Council of Normandy on November 11, 2001, which were minted as a tribute to those men and women who fought in Normandy to restore freedom.
