Activity During WWII

He enlisted in the Army in New Jersey. He later was in the Army Air Forces. He served with the 544th Bomber Squadron, 384th Bomber Group, Heavy. He was a tail gunner. While on a bombing raid fighting German fighter planes He was wounded and died of those wounds on June 13, 1944. he is buried in Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, England.
