1942-1943 Military Policeman at Fort Sill and Stringtown, Oklahoma; 1944-1945 European theater of Operations (France and Germany). Medic at the Battle of the Bulge and advance into Germany. He was with the 237th General Hospital. July 1945 on board ship headed for Pacific and land invasion of Japan.
