Activity During WWII

Entered into service 12 October 1942 at Louisville, Kentucky. Served in the European Theater assigned from the 48th replacement depot on 19 August 1944 to the 35th 'Santa Fe' Infantry Division, 134th Infantry Regiment, 'All Hell Can't Stop Us' Medical Detachment aid man. Received the Combat Medical Badge on 8 November 1944 for satisfactory performance of duty in combat against the enemy. Killed in action near Neufgrange, France on 7 December 1944. Received the Purple Heart Medal General Order 48-1944.
