Activity During WWII

Served in the 304th Medical Company Platoon seeing action in Algeria-French Morocco, Rome-Arno, Sicily, and Tunisia. During his service he received the American Defense Service Medal, the European-African-Middle Eastern Service Medal with arrowhead, the Good Conduct Medal, the Purple Heart Medal, and the Combat Infantryman Badge. He was wounded in action on 05 October 1943 during combat in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater of operations.
