Activity During WWII

Served in Company E, 119th Infantry Regiment, 30th Division seeing action in Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland, and Central Europe. During his service he received the American Defense Service Medal, the European-African-Middle Eastern Service Medal with 4 bronze stars, the Good Conduct Medal, the Purple Heart Medal, and the Combat Infantryman Badge. He was wounded in action during combat in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater of Operations.
