Activity During WWII

He joined the U.S. Army in July 1942 and went to Pueblo, Colorado to the induction station and worked there for a year. He became the dark-room man developing X-rays and helping with physicals. He shipped out to Scotland on the Ile de France and worked for the civilian censorship detail because of his typing expertise. Spent 1 year in Paris and 1 year in Germany.
