Activity During WWII

A top secret document was recently discovered at the National Archives. It was dated December 23, 1948. It explained what happened to the remains of Japan's WWII Prime Minister Hideki Tojo. A letter written by Major Luther Frierson stated that he received the remains, supervised the cremation, and personally scattered at sea from an Eighth Army liaison plane the ashes of Tojo and six other executed war criminals. The location was over the Pacific Ocean east of Yokohama, Japan.
