Died of Wounds on 8-30-1944. Awarded the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater Campaign Ribbon with 2 Bronze Service Stars, American Theater Campaign Ribbon, Purple Heart, Army Presidential Unit Citation, Good Conduct Medal, WWII Victory Medal and Combat Infantryman Badge.
