Activity During WWII

Entering service in 1942, he served in B-26 Marauder bombers, with the 440th Bombardment Squadron, 319th Bombardment Group. He served in epic campaigns in North Africa and Italy, until his aircraft was lost on November 26th, 1943. His contributions and sacrifices helped to free occupied Europe and ensure Allied victory. His unit went on to earn the French Croix de Guerre with Palm for their dedication and gallantry.
