Entered the Women's Army Corps on January 27, 1944 and served until March 3, 1946 with the majority of her time at Fort Meyer, Virginia. After the War she attended nursing school and worked at Massillon City Hospital for over 30 years. She is buried in Section 10, Lot 19 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Wilmot, Ohio.
