Activity During WWII

He was in Omaha red in the D day invasion. He served in the battle of the bulge where he was wounded and received a Purple Heart. He was in other battles in wwII as an engineer. He was supposed to ship to Korea but never made it as his glasses were not ready in time. He served his country proudly and put his life on the line for our freedom from Hitler and other dictators. I am so very proud of my Father who died a civilian in January 1994.
