Activity During WWII

Dr. Flaherty served in the US Army and Air Force in this country and Europe from 1946 until 1952. He was discharged as a Major. He served in the US army reserve and was commanding officer of the 264th General Hospital in Albany, retiring from the US Army Reserve Medical Corps in 1975 as a full Colonel.
