Activity During WWII

She enlisted in the Auxiliary on July 7, 1943, and she was inducted into the Woman's Army Corp on August 9, 1943. She served in the Provost Marshall's office in Fort Bliss, El Paso, TX. On August 20, 1944, she left for the Asiatic Pacific and served in General MacArthur's Headquarters as a secretary in the Counterintelligence Corps in Brisbane, Australia, Hollandia, New Guinea and Manilla, Philippines. She was honorably discharged on November 9, 1945.
