Activity During WWII

Enlisted September 14, 1943 in the Aviation Engineers. After basic training was transferred to Army Air Force. Joined the re-activated 19th Bomb Group. Training at Great Bend Army Air Base, Kansas, and Dalhart Army Air Base, Texas. Arrived North Field, Guam February 12, 1945 as Sergeant, supervised Group S-2 Drafting Section, providing data for bomber combat crews during the B-29 Campaign from the Mariana Islands against the Japanese Islands. Honorably Discharged January 5, 1946.
