Arrived in England in August 1944. Two weeks training to replace D-Day casualties. Instead, was picked to help establish Headquarters in Seine Section of Paris. Later Headquarters European Theater of Operations U.S. Army. Stayed with Headquarters until return and discharge in U.S. in March 1946.
