G Company, Provisional Battalion, 121st Infantry, U.S. Armed Forces in the Philippines, Northern Luzon. December 1942, joined Guerrilla forces; messenger. 1944 POW at Enemy Garrisson Camp in Candon, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. When the security guard fell asleep in the middle of the night, he took the guard's rifle and escaped. May 1945 he was killed in Battle Engagement at Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
