Activity During WWII

The 204th Field Artillery, 3rd Army. Shipped out of U.S. in April 1944. Landed in Liverpool, England on Easter Sunday. Went to Normandy in June 1943. Then on to fierce fighting through France into Germany which took us 11 months. Forward observer on the front lines. Was wonderful to return home in October 1945.
